Many of you will have been to Greece and love the food in the tavernas and restaurants but would love to make these dishes at home in a Greek traditional way. The recipes on these pages will show you how.I am originally from Athens and have travelled to many different parts of Greece and also to many Greek islands where I have sampled many plates of these island's local cuisine.I have made friends with many people from various corners of the globe and dined out in many tavernas with them. Their desire to have traditional recipes from Greece inspired me to create these web pages for them.I love to have my friends at my dinner table at home while they enjoy food I have prepared in my kitchen.
