Greek Salad


Ingredients
3 large tomatoes1 green pepper1 medium dried onion2 tablespoons pickled capersKalamata olives, to taste1/2 teaspoon oreganoSaltOlive oil, as much as you prefer
Method
Thoroughly wash all the vegetables.Cut the tomatoes into eight pieces.Slice the green pepper into rings.Thinly slice the onion.Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, season with salt, and drizzle with oil.
