Tzatziki


Ingredients
500 grams of yoghurt2 medium sized cucumbers3-4 cloves garlic2-3 tablespoonsChopped dill (optional)½ teaspoon salt
Method
Grate the cucumber and place it in a colander to drain thoroughly.In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.Adjust the seasoning with additional salt or vinegar if needed, according to your taste.Finally, stir in the chopped dill.
