Spicy Cheese Salad


Ingredients
2 red Florina peppers1–2 teaspoons crushed red pepper, depending on desired heat2 tablespoons olive oil2½ cups feta cheese, mashed with a fork
Method
Wash and dry the peppers, then remove the seeds.Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the peppers with the crushed red pepper.Peel the peppers.Place the mashed feta in a blender and add the warm (not hot) peppers with their oil.Blend until smooth and creamy.Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
