Spicy Grilled Feta With Hot Red Peppers
Ingredients
2 slices of feta cheese about the thickness of a finger1-2 slices of fresh tomato1 pinch of oregano1 hot pepperA little carinoA little paprika2 tablespoons of oil
Method
You will need parchment paper and aluminum foil.Lay out two large pieces of aluminum foil and line them with parchment paper so the cheese does not come into direct contact with the foil.Place the pieces of feta on top.Sprinkle with carino, oregano, and paprika.Slice the chili pepper into rings and add them.Drizzle with olive oil.Fold the aluminum foil around the feta to seal it, and place it in the oven.Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
